Inspection & testing
Find damage before it becomes downtime. Detailed inspections with clear reporting and repair recommendations across wind, solar and battery assets.
Blade inspection
Drone imaging, rope-access technicians and high-resolution imaging for cracks, lightning strikes and leading-edge erosion.
LPS testing
Lightning protection system testing as part of every blade inspection.
NDT / shearography
Non-destructive testing to detect subsurface flaws and verify structural integrity.
End-of-warranty
End-of-warranty inspections and root-cause analysis for failures.
Solar diagnostics
Performance monitoring, routine inspections, electrical testing and inverter fault-code analysis.
BESS safety & compliance
Spacing, ventilation, temperature control and emergency-shutdown verification against code.
Post-storm assessment
Rapid damage assessment and documentation for insurance and performance tracking.
Commissioning verification
Electrical, mechanical and control-system verification before grid connection.
A risk rating you can act on.
Every blade inspection ends with detailed reporting, clear repair recommendations and a catastrophic risk rating from 1 to 5, so you can prioritize by severity and urgency.
Catastrophic risk rating
Each finding rated 1–5 by severity and urgency.
Inspection questions
What’s included in a standard blade inspection?
Internal and external inspection with comprehensive visual assessments, drone-based imaging, and lightning protection system (LPS) testing, followed by detailed reporting with repair recommendations and a catastrophic risk rating (1–5). When needed we add NDT such as shearography.
Do you inspect after storms?
Yes. Rapid assessments after severe weather cover blades, nacelles, tower integrity and electrical systems on wind sites, and panels, racking and inverters on solar sites.
Do you do end-of-warranty inspections?
Yes. End-of-warranty inspections and root-cause analysis are part of our owner/operator support.
