No. Whether you’re an experienced technician or just getting started in clean energy, Aegis offers real training and growth-focused roles.
What training do new technicians get?
Onboarding and field safety (GWO Basic Safety Training, OSHA-10, fall protection), then technical certifications such as IRATA/SPRAT rope access and turbine-specific maintenance.
Do you hire veterans?
Yes. We actively support military veterans and transitioning tradespeople into renewable energy careers.
Will I travel?
Most field roles involve nationwide travel to project sites.
